16 oz Ground Turkey
4 cup, cubes Eggplant
3 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
10 oz Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, sliced Peppers, Jalapeno
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
1 pepper Pepper, Serrano
1.5 cup Kidney Beans Dark Red
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Turkey vegetable chili

  1. brown turkey

  2. saute onions and garlic in oil

  3. add all ingredients except beans to crockpot

  4. cook on high setting 4 hours or until eggplants and carrots indiscernible

  5. rinse beans well and add

  6. reduce heat to low and serve
