onion, garlic, beans & corn, leftover turkey and turkey broth. Can serve with noodles or potatoes or another starch

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Veg Soup2

4 cups turkey, meat shredded
3 cups broth, turkey or chicken
15 oz beans, canned butterbeans
12 oz corn, canned
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T cumin, ground
1 T chili powder
1 t pepper, ground

Recipe Directions for Turkey Veg Soup2

  1. Peel and chop onion & garlic, chop celery, place in crock pot.

  2. Shred turkey & add to pot; add beans and corn; add seasoning to taste.

  3. Pour in broth.

  4. Cover and cook 6-8 hours until vegetables are tender.
