1 lbs ground turkey
1 cup sweet green pepper
1 cup white onion
1/2 cup carrots

Recipe Directions for Turkey Veg, Loaf

  1. Process sweet green pepper, chopped

  2. process white onion, chopped

  3. add dry Tuscan spices, 1/8 teaspoon

  4. Add extra lean ground turkey meat

  5. Mix well

  6. press in loaf pan and bake

  7. let stand before serving
