A very clean and lean turkey panini

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey & Tomato Panini

1 Freshly ground pepper
1 slices whole-wheat bread
4 ounces turkey breast
4 tomato slices
1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp cottage cheese
1/2 c spinach

Recipe Directions for Turkey & Tomato Panini

  1. chop 4oz turkey breast in a bowl

  2. mix with 1/2 cup spinach

  3. 1 1/2tbsp of cottage cheese

  4. mix ingredients together and then place on a toasted 21 grain bread of choice.
