Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Tetrazzini

8 oz. Spaghetti
14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 c. evaporated skim milk
3 tbsp Cornstarch
3 tbsp White Wine
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. turkey
3 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Tetrazzini

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Put chicken broth into medium saucepan and bring to boil. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 4 minutes. Add evaporated milk. Mix cornstarch with dry white wine, dry sherry or non-alcoholic wine. Add to mixture and cook, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat. Add turkey, pasta and salt & pepper. Place in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Put in oven, preheated to 375 degrees. Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes or until browned.
