Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Tetrazzini

7 oz. thin spaghetti
2 cup turkey
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small onion
3 tbls butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp ground mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Tetrazzini

Cook spaghetti, drain and place in greased 11x7x2 baking dish. Top with cooked turkey. In a skillet add butter and saute onions and mushrooms, add soup, seasonings, milk and mustard whisk till well blended. Stir in cheddar cheese, cook and stir over medium heat till cheese is melted. Pour over noodles and turkey. Put mozzarella on top of everything place in a 350 oven for 25 to 30 mins. or until heated throughand cheese is melted. Yields 4-6 servings
