Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Tetrazzini

1 tbl butter
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 tblsp flour, all-purpose
2 c milk, low-fat
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup swiss cheese, low-fat
1 green bell pepper
4 scallions
2 cups turkey, diced, cooked
1/2 lb spaghetti, whole wheat
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Turkey Tetrazzini

  1. preheat oven to 350. Spray 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. in skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms and saute. Add flour, salt, pepper and stir until well blended. Slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly. Add the worcesterhire sauce and simmer until sauce thickens. Add swiss cheese, bell pepper and scallions and mix well. Add turkey and spaghetti, mixing well. Transfer to baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  3. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes. Serve immediatly.
