Recipe Ingredients for turkey teriyaiki southwestern fried rice

6 ounce turkey breast
1/4 cup egg white
1 cup success brown rice, cooked
1 poblano pepper, cut into .5" pieces
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
4 chopped green onions

Recipe Directions for turkey teriyaiki southwestern fried rice

  1. cook the turkey breast either by roasting or grilling. Afterwards, pull apart into small pieces as desired (You can cut it into smaller pieces to before cooking to speed up the cook time if you'd like.)

  2. heat a wok or frying pan. Use a no-calorie oil spray like this one: (https://www.wegmans.com/prodimg/140/500/077890334140.jpg) Add the egg whites. Cook to a light scramble. remove from pan.

  3. Add oil to pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the rice for a few minutes. add in the chopped green onion, the poblano the chicken and the egg. Stir.

  4. Cover with the teriyaki or soy sauce and then serve.
