70 grams pecans, finely chopped
1/2 egg
1 oz buttermilk 1%
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
20 grams Brummel & Brown spread
786 grams turkey tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Turkey Tenderloins with Pecan Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Line baking dish with B&B spread.

  3. Whisk together the egg, buttermilk, and spices.

  4. Divide turkey into pieces.

  5. Dredge each piece of turkey in egg mixture, then roll in finely chopped pecans. Place in baking dish.

  6. Repeat until all pieces are coated.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes, cool slightly, and serve.
