Recipe Ingredients for turkey tenderloin with pesto and cheese

1 lb turkey
1 cup cilantro
1 cup parsley
1/4 cup nuts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for turkey tenderloin with pesto and cheese

  1. Prepare pesto. In blender mix, cilantro, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Use olive oil to coat all sides of turkey tenderloin and fill with pesto. Sprinkle parmesan on the pesto and fold both ends. Hold with toothpicks.

  3. Preheat oven to 375 and cook for 20-30 minutes.
