Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Tacos

1 pound ground turkey
8 tablespoon ricotta cheese
8 corn tortillas
8 oz olives
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup lettuce

Recipe Directions for Turkey Tacos

  1. In a pan cook 1 lb of ground turkey. season with salsa, salt and hot sauce. Use Ricotta cheese, corn tortillas (heated in NO CAL-High heat cooking spray).

  2. Use lettuce and olives. SERVES 8
