Delicious lean alternative to the traditional ground beef taco.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Tacos

1/2 lb ground turkey breast
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 roma tomatoes
1/4 head lettuce
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 oz mozzarella, low fat
4 flour tortillas, low fat 8"

Recipe Directions for Turkey Tacos

  1. Brown turkey, adding salt and pepper as it cooks.

  2. Chop tomatoes, lettuce.

  3. Warm torillas in skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Spread .5 table spoon of sour cream on tortilla.

  5. Add turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
