Ground Turkey with tomatoes onion and chili beans

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Taco Soup

16 oz Ground Turkey
80 grams Onions
12 oz Vegetables, Mixed
20 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
15 oz Chili Beans
2 cup Chicken Stock
1 oz Ortega Seasoning Mix
1 oz Ranch Salad Dressing Mix

Recipe Directions for Turkey Taco Soup

  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and stir in the ground turkey and onion.

  2. Cook and stir until the turkey is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease.

  3. Add the mixed vegetables, RO*TEL Tomatoes and Green Chilies, ranch beans, chicken broth, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.

  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer on low for 20 minutes. (Serves: 4)
