Scrumptious Turkey Taco salad, filling and fantastic. Add some of your favorite Chips. My fave...Hint of Lime

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Taco Salad

1 lb ground turkey, lean
1 Cooking spray
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/8 slice avocado
1/2 cup salsa
1 tbsp ranch dressing

Recipe Directions for Turkey Taco Salad

  1. Brown the meat in a non-stick skillet

  2. Chop up meat to course ground consistency

  3. Add spices

  4. Prepare salad mixture, chop vegies

  5. Place vegies in bowl, add meat mixture and top with salsa and ranch dressing

  6. Serve

  7. Add cheese if you please

  8. 10 Hint of Lime chips for a 150 calorie zip
