Turkey taco salad with garbanzo and light red kidney beans

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Taco Salad

1 lb ground turkey
2 tablespoons low sodium taco seasoning
2 tablespoon water
400 grams kidney beans light red
400 grams garbanzo beans
1 tomato, chopped
2 1/4 oz ripe black olives
1 small avocado
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
8 oz tortilla chips
10 oz romaine lettuce
1/2 cup mexican 4 cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Taco Salad

  1. Mix water and taco seasoning. Brown turkey and pour taco seasoning over browned turkey hamburger. Chop tomato and avocado and olives. Drain beans and combine with avocado, tomato, olives, and turkey mixing well

  2. In separate bowl combine salsa and sour cream. Divide lettuce into 8 servings. Take one serving of lettuce on to a plate and pour one serving of the mix on top. Top one serving of cheese and sour cream salsa mix. Serve with tortilla chips
