Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Taco Salad

1 lb ground turkey
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 tbl Chili powder
1 tbl olive oil
8 oz stewed tomatoes
1 head lettuce
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Taco Salad

  1. finely chop Peppers and onion and saute in oil with turkey, Add Chili powder and tomatoes simmer for about one hour

  2. chop the lettuce

  3. arrange lettuce in a circle, pour meat mixture in the center

  4. top with cheese

  5. enjoy
