Turkey Taco Rollups- Good for snacks, appetizers or lunch!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Taco Rollups

224 g (2) turkey breast
2 tsp taco seasoning
8 oz neufchatel cheese, room temp
2 tbsp salsa
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
4 servings flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for Turkey Taco Rollups

  1. Pat the taco seasoning onto each side of the turkey breasts. Lay the turkey breasts into a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink.

  2. When the turkey is no longer pink, use two forks to pull apart and shred. Add the turkey to the room temperature cream cheese.

  3. To the cream cheese mixture, add the salsa, garlic powder and cilantro. Combine.

  4. Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll up in a burrito fashion. Use a serrated knife to slice the tortilla into 6 rolls.
