1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1/2 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 taco seasoning

Recipe Directions for Turkey Taco, Burrito, or Fajita Filling

  1. cut bell peppers and onions into strips.

  2. set aside.

  3. brown turkey with a few sprays of pam.

  4. drain fat.

  5. set aside.

  6. "stir-fry" bell peppers and onions.

  7. add browned turkey.

  8. add taco seasoning as package directs.

  9. spoon filling into a spinach tortilla.

  10. top with light sour cream, reduced-fat shredded cheese, and salsa.

  11. enjoy!
