Recipe Ingredients for Turkey-Swiss-Guacamole Burgers

3/4 lb lean ground turkey
4 Whole Wheat hamburger buns
4 slices of reduced fat swiss cheese
2 ounces guacamole
4 tablespoons green chiles
2 green onions, chopped
4 slices tomato
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey-Swiss-Guacamole Burgers

  1. Mix turkey, green onions, salt, lemon pepper and half of the green chiles. Shape into 4 patties.

  2. Brown patties for about 4 minutes on each side. Put a little bit of green chiles on top of each patty and cover with swiss cheese.

  3. Toast hamburger buns. Dress buns with guacamole, tomato and lettuce. Top with burger.
