Turkey cutlets & sweet potatoes in a spiced maple sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Sweet Potato Supper

16 oz (raw) ShadyBrook Farms Turkey Breast Cutlets
14 grams margarine (Imperial)
40 oz Cut Yams in syrup (Market basket)
1.4 oz Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1.3 serving Maple Syrup
2 fl oz Orange Juice
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1.33 grams Cornstarch
0.5 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Sweet Potato Supper

  1. In a large skillet, brown turkey in butter on each side.

  2. Arrange sweet potatoes around turkey.

  3. Combine cranberries, maple syrup, orange juice and cinnamon; pour over top.

  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until turkey juices run clear.

  5. Remove turkey and sweet potatoes to a serving platter.

  6. Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; add to skillet.

  7. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.

  8. Serve with turkey and sweet potatoes.
