This is a recipe I came up with one day when I had some ground turkey and some cooked sweet potato cubes in the fridge that I didn't have any plan for.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Sweet Potato Burritos

4 serving 97% Lean Ground Turkey
3 serving Full Circle Black Beans 100% Organic
400 grams Sweetpotato
1/4 cup, sliced Onions
1 serving In Adobo Sauce Chipotle Peppers
1 serving Ground Cumin
6 tortilla 6" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 10ct

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Sweet Potato Burritos

  1. Saute onion and ground turkey in large skillet until turkey is browned. Add adobo sauce, black beans, sweet potatoes, and salt. Heat through.

  2. Place filling in tortillas and roll up. Serve with sour cream.
