Turkey Stuffing Divan Recipe

Campbell's recipe to use up some of your turkey or chicken leftovers, slightly modified

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stuffing Divan

1 cup chicken broth
4 cups bread, whole wheat cubed
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
2 cups broccoli
2 cups turkey, cooked and cubed
2 cups cream of mushroom soup (I use homemade, recipe is posted)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stuffing Divan

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chicken broth with herbs, then add to cubed bread gradually, tossing as you pour.

  2. Spoon into 2 quart shallow baking dish. Arrange broccoli and turkey over stuffing. In small bowl mix soup and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle remaining cheese over soup mixture.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
