A variety of healthy ingredients to make a delicious stuffed pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stuffed Peppers

25 oz. marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups brown rice
1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey
1 cup frozen sweet corn
1/2 cup Diced Sweet Potatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 sweet onion
5 medium green peppers
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook turkey through.

  2. Add diced onion, corn, garlic, and potatoes. Heat through, five minutes.

  3. Add marinara sauce, italian seasoning, salt/pepper, rice, and water as needed. Let simmer until rice is cooked through.

  4. Stuff peppers, put in 380 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes.
