Recipe Ingredients for turkey stuffed peppers

360 g green pepper
240 g onion
192 g turkey
300 g rice
4 oz mushrooms
14 oz diced italian tomatoes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for turkey stuffed peppers

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. place cleaned green peppers in sauce pan and boil in water for 3-4 min. Drain

  3. saute onion till tender.

  4. add cooked rice, mushrooms, tomato, turkey, and parsley to onion.

  5. cook 2-3 min.

  6. Place peppers into baking dish, fill with mixture.

  7. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake uncovered 30 min.
