Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stroganoff

16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 cup Sauteed Mushrooms
0.67 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 1tsp Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
0.125 serving Yogurt Non Fat Plain
1 serving trader joes portabella mushroom soup
2.5 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
1.5 serving Lite Mixture Salt
4 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stroganoff

  1. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil.

  2. Set aside and brown turkey.

  3. Add aprox 1/2 of the box of portabella mushroom soup still condensed. Stir.

  4. Return mushrooms, onions and garlic to pan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

  5. Add sour cream and yogurt and stir thoroughly. Let simmer another 10 minutes.

  6. Serve over pasta or rice and add yogurt or sour cream and parmesan cheese to your liking.
