Stroganoff made with ground turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stroganoff

10 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread
1 tbsp Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 cup, chopped Onions
5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
125 g No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stroganoff

  1. Combine meat, flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

  2. In a large skillet, cook onion in butter until golden.

  3. Add meat and brown while stirring.

  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and cook 5 minutes.

  5. Add sour cream and heat thoroughly.

  6. Serve over noodles.
