Turkey stir-fry with chantrelle mushrooms and zucchini

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stir-Fry

295 g turkey
15 g garlic
98 g onion
109 g carrot
177 g zucchini
157 g pfefferlinge
45 g soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stir-Fry

  1. Brown turkey breast chunks in oil. Add onion, garlic and carrots. After ~3 minutes add mushrooms and zucchini. When all veggies are hot, add soy suace. Cook for one minute.

  2. Serve with rice.
