Everyone loved this. Very simple.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stir Fry

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 large red bell pepper
2 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 tbsp canola oil
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/8 cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stir Fry

  1. Cook turkey in skillet

  2. In 2nd skillet, heat oil.

  3. Add all other ingredients and cook until tender.

  4. Add turkey to vegetables and cook additional 5 minutes.
