Recipe Ingredients for turkey stew

230 grams Turkey Breast Meat
150 grams Turkey, All Classes, Dark Meat
2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
822 grams Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
270 grams Black Beans
275 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
300 grams Onions
515 grams Potato, Flesh And Skin

Recipe Directions for turkey stew

Peel the potatoes (about 4 medium) and dice. Cover with 2 cups of water and boil until just tender. Then use a fork or potato masher to mash them slightly. In another pot add the broth, 3 c of water, the chopped onion, the drained corn, and the rinsed & drained black beans. Season to taste and simmer with the lid on the pot for about 30 minutes. While the veggies are simmering, chop the turkey or chicken into small pieces. Remove the lid from the pot and add poultry and the potatoes. Simmer with the lid off for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
