"Santa Fe Stew" - Bliss in a bowl - 1Cup

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stew

2 lb fresh ground turkey
3 onions, chopped
5 carrots, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp pepper, black
60 oz (4 cans) diced canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp red pepper, ground, optional
5 g (2 tbsp) fresh oregano
14 oz Eden black beans, drained, rinsed
14 oz Eden red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
14 oz Eden great northern beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup Cascadian frozen corn
2 cup Health Valley chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stew

  1. Brown turkey and onions

  2. Add carrots (precook in microwave if you don't like crunchy)

  3. Still in spices, beans, tomaotes, corn and broth

  4. Simmer 2 hours, uncovered

  5. Serve as is or over rice
