Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Stew

2 oz turkey, dark meat
5 oz turkey, white meat
64 oz turkey or chicken stock
2 cups diced potatoes
3 large carrots, sliced
1/2 onion
3 stalks celery
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Turkey Stew

Stew turkey in stock with onion and celery. Add salt and other spices. Simmer for 3 hours. Take meat off the bones. Add to the pot with potatoes and carrots. Cook about 15 minutes. Add dumplings.
