A delicious winter soup! Low in fat and salt!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Squash Kale Soup

4 cup No Salt Added Chicken Broth
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
6 clove Garlic
500 grams Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 cup, chopped Kale
10 tbsp Salsa
2 cup cubed Squash Butternut

Recipe Directions for Turkey Squash Kale Soup

  1. Brown onion with garlic in a large pot.

  2. Add turkey and brown until no pink.

  3. Add mushrooms and salsa.

  4. Meanwhile roast butternut squash in oven (you can add olive olive to pan if you wish).

  5. Add to soup pot, 1 container of chicken no salt added broth.

  6. When sqaush is 60-75% cooked add to soup. I added spicy chilli spice and MRS. Dash at this time.

  7. Just before serving I added 2 cups of clean kale.

  8. Delish and Nurtish!
