Whole wheat blend pasta (rotini) with baby spinach and chopped turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Spinach Rotini

13 1/4 oz whole wheat pasta
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 c chopped cooked turkey
5 c baby spinach
1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Spinach Rotini

  1. Bring 5 quarts of water to a rolling boil in large pot

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive

  3. Stir in one box of Ronzoni whole wheat blend rotini

  4. Boil for 16 to 20 minutes

  5. Stir in 5 cups baby spinach, let boil for one minute

  6. Drain pasta mixture in large collander

  7. Return pasta mixture to large pot

  8. Stir in 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  9. Add 2 cups cooked chopped turkey

  10. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash table blend.

  11. Mix well; serve warm

  12. Makes 7 one-cup servings
