Good way to use ground turkey! You can make many sauces to go over them; healthiest would be tomato.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Spinach Meatballs

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup egg beaters
2 slices Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread, crumbed
1 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 pound ground turkey

Recipe Directions for Turkey Spinach Meatballs

In a bowl, combine spinach, egg, bread crumbs, onion and seasoned salt. Add turkey and mix well. Shape into 2-in. balls. Place meatballs on a rack in a shallow baking pan sprayed with Pam. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Drain on paper towels. Create your favorite red sauce with onions and mushrooms and even summer squash!!
