Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Spinach Lasagne

20 oz ground turkey breast
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
16 oz frozen spinach
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup basil
160 grams ronzoni smart pasta
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Spinach Lasagne

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add turkey breast and brown. Add tomatoes, salt, and oregano. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Mix egg whites with ricotta cheese and set aside. Put a little sauce in the bottom of a baking dish then a layer of noodles followed by another layer of sauce. Sprinkle with fresh basil then add a layer of ricotta cheese mixture and a thin layer of mozzarella cheese and a layer of spinach. Repeat layers until you have three layers of noodles. Top with remaining sauce and mozarella cheese. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
