Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Spinach Hot Dish

1 lb ground turkey
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves (minced)
4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
20 ounces frozen chopped spinach
1 can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1 cup fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Turkey Spinach Hot Dish

  1. In a large skillet cook Turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the mushrooms, salt, oregano, and pepper. Add the spinach, soup and sour cream. (If using cheese add 1 cup shredded cheese)

  2. Transfer to a greased 2-qt baking dish. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 min. (If using cheese add another cup to top and bake an additional 5 min.)
