140 grams turkey breast
5 large eggs
2 egg whites
1/3 cup reduced fat feta cheese
3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup frozen spinach

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. mix all ingredients

  3. bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
