Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Spaghetti (Squash)

1 cup Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
57 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
9 grams Garlic
78 grams Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
9 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free

Recipe Directions for Turkey Spaghetti (Squash)

Put first 4 ingredients in a pot, on low. Cook and stir for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cook ground turkey in a skillet - add mushrooms at the end & cood for about 5 minutes. (Microwave spaghetti squash for aboutr 12 minutes per half.) Shred squash into 2 bowls. Top with tomato mixture then turkey mixture. Top with some paremesean cheese.
