Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Spaghetti with Gnocchi

4 serving Ground Turkey Breast (Shady Brook Farms)
1 serving Vegetable Seasoning Blend
6 serving Spaghetti Sauce (Great Value)
4 serving Potato Gnocchi
3 serving Parmesan Cheese, Reduced Fat and Shredded

Recipe Directions for Turkey Spaghetti with Gnocchi

  1. Brown approximately one pound of ground turkey breast in a skilled over medium-high heat, making sure to cook the meat to 165 throughout.

  2. Add 3/4 cup of the vegetable seasoning blend and sautee with the ground turkey, until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add one jar of traditional marinara sauce and let simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

  4. While the turkey and sauce are simmering, bring three cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan.

  5. Add one package of potato gnocchi and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the gnocchi begin popping up and floating on the water. Drain and set aside.

  6. Serve the turkey and sauce over the gnocchi and top with parmesan cheese, if desired.
