Turkey meatloaf with Soy beans instead of bread

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey-soy meatloaf

1 lb ground turkey
1 cups raw soy beans
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp seasoning salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey-soy meatloaf

  1. Trying to use soybeans, I actually used two cups cooked soybeans but it seems they only have information for raw so I am guessing 1 cup raw equals two cups cooked

  2. Mash soybeans or use food processor until crumbly

  3. mix turkey, soy beans, eggs, and spices together. I used a half dozen other spices but the above is the main gist

  4. Bake at 400 degr for 1 hour, more or less
