Good variation from old fashioned turkey & noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Soup

1/4 cup Wild Rice, Cooked
1/4 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
2 slices Turkey Breast Meat
4 oz. fresh ground pork, cooked & drained
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup Barley, Pearled, Cooked
1/4 cup Peas, Green
1/4 cup slices Carrots

Recipe Directions for Turkey Soup

  1. Include some seasonings and water/broth turkey was cooked in

  2. Drain & rinse sausage

  3. Thicken with a small amount of flour dissolved in cold water, then added to boiling soup.
