Recipe Ingredients for turkey soup

2 cups broth, low sodium, chicken
1 1/2 lb turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 cups chopped carrots
2 cups macaroni, whole wheat, dry

Recipe Directions for turkey soup

  1. add chopped turkey to chicken broth and 6 cups of water

  2. simmer for 1 hour

  3. add chopped vegetables, simmer until soft

  4. add pasta, simmer until soft, add more water if necessary
