Made from leftover turkey carcass and wing and back meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey soup

2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup potatoes, diced
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen peas
32 ounces chicken broth
40 ounces water
3/4 cup Angel Hair Pasta

Recipe Directions for Turkey soup

Cook carcass and bones in chicken broth along with diced onion and celery for about 2 to 3 hours. Strain out broth and clean meat off bones while carrots and potatoes are cooking. Add meat and peas and corn to soup. Heat to boiling. Serve.
