Home made broth turkey vegetable soup

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey soup

8 c turkey broth
4 c water
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 c carrots
1/2 c celery
1 c green beans
3 c turkey

Recipe Directions for Turkey soup

boil turkey carcus in water to cover, add stalks celery and carrots and onion, simmer for 3-4 hours, cool, strain off broth to bowl and discard all else. refrigerate broth over night then skim off fat layer. heat broth with water, add chopped veges and chopped turkey meat, season to taste.
