Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Soup with Mushrooms and Wild Rice

3 cups turkey, diced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups wild rice
1 medium carrot, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Turkey Soup with Mushrooms and Wild Rice

Melt butter in saucepan, add carrot, onions and mushrooms and saute until liquids evaporate. Add broth, turkey and rice, simmer until heated through. Serve hot.
