900 ml turkey broth (Campbell's)
500 ml chicken stock (left over homemade turkey gravy)
1/2 cup white flour (was used in the homemade turkey gravy above)
2 cups chicken gravy (Club House Turkey Gravy Mix pkgs)
2 lbs turkey
5 ounces cauliflower (fresh)
60 g asparagus (fresh)
293 g carrots (fresh)
219 g green beans (frozen)
202 g corn (frozen)
3/4 cup peas (frozen)
405 g potatoes (fresh)
300 g turnip (fresh)
1/2 cup summer savory
3 tsp garlic powder (Fiesta Garlic spice)
3 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Soup - 6 November 2010

  1. Mix liquids and simmer

  2. Cut up vegetables and add

  3. Blend in spices

  4. Let simmer for about 3 hours or so 'til cooked.
