Recipe Ingredients for Turkey scramble

8 ounces ground turkey breast
2 large potatoes
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 large egg
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey scramble

  1. Clean and prepare your onion, potato and bell pepper. You may peel your potatoes if you like. Cut all your vegetables into bite sized pieces.

  2. In a medium sized non-stick skillet over a medium high heat brown 8 ounces of ground turkey breast. Place the cooked turkey in a heat resistant dish and set to the side.

  3. Pour your tablespoon of canola oil in the same skillet and brown your potatoes and onions. Add the green pepper towards the end to avoid overcooking. Set to the side.

  4. Spray a small skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over a medium heat to scramble your egg.

  5. Combine all of your fully cooked ingredients in the medium sized skillet and warm for a few minutes over a low to medium heat.

  6. Serves 4.
