Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Sausage. (Spicy)

1 3/10 lb turkey (ground)
3 T. onion
2 Peppers (Jalapenos)
1/4 t. cumin
1/4 t. marjoram
1/4 t. ground pepper
1/4 t. oregano
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. dried basil
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 t. sage
2 t. sea salt
1/4 cup eggbeaters
1 t. ginger (Fresh Grated)
2 T Tabasco
1/8 t. cloves (ground)
1/8 t. allspice
2 t. fennel (seeds)
1 t garlic (choped)

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sausage. (Spicy)

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Chill overnight. (If you forget to chill this ahead of time?it cooks up okay anyway!)

  3. Form into patties. Cook and eat.
