Turkey Sausage Makes 8 small patties

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Sausage

16 oz Ground Turkey, fat-free (99%)
1 medium apple Apples
3/8 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Sage, Ground
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sausage

  1. Mix seasonings.

  2. Peel, core, and shred apple.

  3. Mix all ingredients.

  4. Lightly spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

  5. Make patties and place on broiler pan.

  6. Broil patties in oven 5-6" away from broiler for 10 minutes per side or until browned and internal temperature reads 165 deg F.
