Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Sausage

1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey, 85% Lean
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sausage

Mix ground turkey and spices thoroughly. Separate in to eight equal patties. Cook on a non-stick grill with no added oil or salt. Makes 8 patties.
